有日喺隔離嘅餐廳買完外賣..........發現咗呢間幾似樣嘅泰館.............後來就知道個chef (adam cliff)之前喺上環嘅chawanxxx做.................所以oct 31 (mon) & nov 2 (wed), 2016 .............共叫咗 :
1) thai iced lime tea + wagyu beef w/holy basil, thai garlic, chili (hk$128)
-with crispy fried egg on jasmine rice
-第1次來,見廚房出咗呢個煎蛋飯,好吸引...............waiter大力推試呢個先............無所謂,反正我都要嚟第2次食埋另1個target............只喺前後問題
-隻蛋仲有少量流心蛋汁..........個蛋白當然脆香
-d牛肉都炒得惹味.............但就無嘜泰式風味...........可能i m looking for甜酸鹹辣並重味道嘅dish
-杯lime tea,茶味溫和...........但有refreshing檸味
-個飯嘅份量真喺好少............嗰日我坐bar table...........食到中段,個chef問我意思見...........我請求可否+飯 (因為我喺少餸多飯嘅人)..........佢1口答應............於是我就多咗1整碗飯..........呢碗飯嘅portion肯定喺碟內嘅2倍
-最後我好努食晒d飯...........你問得人+飯,食唔晒,唔好意思~~~~
-呢個飯唔喺唔好..........但無嘜blow me away
2) thai iced milk tea + wagyu beef boat noodle set lunch (hk$128)
-有埋pork rinds & siamese watercress
-今次叠埋心水叫boat noodle............揀咗泰式奶茶............好味過lime tea喎.........佢嘅茶味唔會好似港式奶茶咁濃............所以我飲到
-個boat noodle好多餸...........有牛丸,粗牛肉粒, 炸豬肉皮粒
-我好like呢碗麵.............喺因為flavor好packed..........牛丸同牛肉粒有好出嘅牛味...............湯底濃郁..........食完又無頸渴.............有炸物增+口感
-唯獨唔好.............就喺noodle portion太少............今次唔喺坐bar table...........唔好意思要人哋+麵.............hahaha
-我會為個boat noodle再嚟
-我曾經喺bangkok買過blue elephant現成包boat noodle番香港煮嚟食...........佢嘅boat noodle湯汁味道同呢間喺唔同..........我接受呢間嘅湯底多d
後記
1) 店內環境
2) 呢度signature dish味道不錯.............唯獨價$$$$比較high side..........份量又細..........連我都唔夠食...........不過好noodle難求..........我都會再嚟...........睇吓佢會否有mango sticky rice (menu無)
**3) jan 12, 2017 (thu) update : 2人喺呢度...........友人食boat noodle.............我就食phad thai noodles of tiger prawns配無冰thai milk tea (hk$118)..........個phad thai味道正路而已
再+個crispy fish skins (hk$18)同fried eggs w/chili jam (hk$68)...........隻蛋最掂...........外表微脆...........個sauce惹味..........中間溏心
