1) bread (免費)
-welcome bread......入口時微暖
-外很硬,所以slice成wedge狀
-裡面帶點韌性
-伴以牛油......第2次來時超肚餓......頂吓肚先
2) cote de provence domaine de tamary 2013 (hk$380)
-叫了1支rose........對唔識飲嘅我.......覺得好順喉.......易入口
3) charcuterie (hk$150)
-cold cut......chorizo, iberico ham.......而白色嘅喺lardo
-油潤有光澤.....味道無問題.....not sth wow
-而lardo我以前食過1次.......喺幾爽口的.......但呢個就較軟身的
-用嚟伴酒喺不錯......否則可以skip
4) frog legs fritter (hk$110)
-田雞腿聽說喺signature.....所以要叫嚟試吓
-的確好大球吓.....包住嘅喺西洋菜batter........質感並唔喺天婦羅嘅脆法......外表微脆,內面fluffy
-而隻腿可算喺giant size.......煮到剛剛熟.......近幼骨位更覺明顯......非常juicy
-底下仲有1隻溫泉蛋........界穿後,蛋汁如泉湧出
-調味不重.....味道清怡......欣賞喺cooking timing嘅掌握同配搭創意
-不過第2次嚟時.......呢個田雞腿個皮已換咗,配以番茄之類嘅sauce
5) white truffle (hk$249)
-當時喺白松露嘅季節........我1直都未試過
-難得宜+用優惠價hk$260/10g........成兜端上來松露香好濃
-揀咗1粒大約9.41g的
-諗住配蛋食
6) off menu (hk$105)
-waitress幫我問咗個chef......佢可以幫我整隻蛋嚟配白松露
-但當1上枱時.......我shock咗1 shock.......是關我心入面喺諗scramble egg架喎
-究竟喺我講錯,佢聽錯,定喺個廚嘅主意.......呢個永遠都喺1個謎........hahaha
-我哋要求成粒白松露刨落去
-個白松露入口無聞嗰時咁濃味.......反而我食到小小甜味........莫非要買大粒d先會入口濃香撲鼻
-不過個sunny egg除咗d sauce之外,仲有小小薯蓉......呢個好好味......好滑,好butter
7) quail escabeche(hk$125)
-半隻鵪鶉......外表brown.....但d肉just tender pink......不過近骨位痴得較實.......用刀叉很難切出
-底下喺lentils同混有好似蘋果粒.......仲有好似喺甜南瓜嘅puree
8) beef daube ravioli (hk$130)
-喺牛面頰ravioli.....最欣賞喺pasta嘅彈口度.......很有創意撒上夜香花
-因為煮牛面頰.....個sauce自然會濃味.......我覺得配呢款ravioli嘅皮都小厚身喺最啱
9) daily fish in "bouillabaisse" (hk$150)
-忘記咗個魚喺咩
-個湯其實份量好少.......但就好濃縮........很出甲殼動物嘅鮮味........又帶小小辣.......好引起食慾
-魚肉煮過後又唔會老"鞋"晒
-仲有塊soak滿湯嘅厚切麵包......個薯仔又好食啦
10) chocolate palette (hk$70)
-呢個喺好出色嘅朱古力tart.......所以2次都有叫
-上面喺濃朱古力ganache......soft得嚟又moist又dense.......第2次食個bitter味出d......可能第1次喺食咗甜味重嘅sorbert先......所以個苦味變得無咁明顯
-底下喺1片朱古力cookie好鬆脆.......rich牛油味,亦濃朱古力味
11) housemade sorbet/ icecream (hk$55)
-呢個喺pear同raspberry sorbet
-個梨sorbet入口真喺似食緊1個好熟甜嘅啤梨.......而且坊亦少食到呢個flavor
12) urban riesling weingut st urbans hof 2011 x 2 (@hk$90)
-第2次嚟就飲白酒.......叫來2杯
-floral香.......第1吓入口甜味重過酸味
-同樣順喉
13) tagliolini/ wild boar ragu (hk$135)
-喺homemade pasta......入口唔腍,但亦都唔喺彈
-帶點動物嘅油香......入口有少少點........幸好唔算膩
-味道正路......無嘜pleasing element
14) artichoke "barigoule" (hk$125)
-呢個artichoke喺用薄煙肉包住........初時我哋諗住喺用新鮮artichoke......不過喺醃過吓的........幸好只喺微酸而已........醃物唔喺我嘅favorite
-配以button mushroom, carrots, shallot等
15) tripe gratin (hk$135)
-呢個喺第2餐最wow嘅dish
-喺枱上已聞到芝士香
-每件金錢肚都喺切成粗條........炆得夠腍入味........蜂巢形嘅表面更成功鎖住d汁
-芝士已溶掉,薄薄的舖喺上面.......個汁仲有少少辣添.......錦上添花也!
16) spaghetti alla bottarga (hk$125)
-喺魚子乾(eg 辣明太子嗰類).......出嚟味道幾辣,又太鹹.......鹹到有微微嘅苦 (食友話小"劫")......我會形容帶輕微腥味多過鮮味
-但個意粉嘅al dente明顯好.......有d side咗個意粉
17) Cèpes "en cocotte" (hk$180)
-呢個new dish of the week.......通常都喺菜........話事話,佢個menu又真喺無1味喺齋
-喺porcini同其他菇......有點煙肉碎
-菇香薄弱.......所以個人覺得幾失色
18) housemade sorbet/ icecream (hk$60)
-今次個雪糕吸引過sorbet (raspberry, passion fruit)
-估唔到salt caramel味雪糕喺淺色嗰球
-雖然都幾溶吓......但salt caramel呢個演繹version會喺少有d
-朱古力味當然rich啦
19) caneles (免費)
-每次都會送來迷你caneles.......這裡嘅caneles喺香港食到的是好好的了
-1st time
-外表好焦燶吓......所以食友話喺由copper mold所焗出嚟.......的確硬脆
-裡面moist
-2nd time
-顏色明顯比上1次淺
-今次覺得個殼但食到rum酒甜味多d
-外表都帶脆......裡面更moist同最中間有點點custard般質感

3) 呢度喺on lot 10老闆david lai in charge嘅另1間餐廳........又見到人哋嘅相好吸引........所以嚟咗2次......不過第1次嘅食物點得啱口味d
點樣去???
因為地方比較tricky...........我自己覺得呢個方法易過用百子里公園入 (除非你由上環方向嚟)1) 可以用行人天橋上到些利街出........轉落嚟去到荷里活道........向左前行到公利蔗汁舖
2) 望向右下邊嘅卑利街斜路.......行落去
3) 很1小段.......左手邊有條叫文興里嘅橫巷........喺暗黑嘅 (因你去親都已天黑.........佢只開dinner).........比d信心........轉入去.......上幾級樓梯後便到
幾得喎!! 好吸引~~~
