呢間我target咗好耐............礙於無得訂位............終於oct 25 (sat) & nov 8 (sat), 14.......2次來lunch..........共叫咗 :

1) iced thai milk tea (hk$45)
-試咗友人1啖,茶味濃 (又未至於港式奶茶咁勁),但甜咗少少..........不過等到d冰溶敢d...........會啱啱好..........又即喺咁,食辣嘢,飲甜嘢會解辣d

2) longan nahm (hk$50)
-waitress介紹好幾款,我pick咗呢個...........聽佢講好似咩自己煲
-清甜.........又無諗過甜度會低過奶茶咁多........蓮子味出過龍眼味............似飲緊蓮子冰多d
-但都ok唔錯的

3) iced tangerine rosemary (hk$45)
-無試到友人的

4) young coconut x 2 (@hk$50)
-上次見格離枱飲............所以我再嚟都想叫............搵極menu都無..........waitress都搵唔到........不過佢話有嘅
-問咗幾多$$$$就order
-都幾大個,好多水...........足夠我飲足全餐
-清甜.........唔會好甜好甜.........但1定唔喺淡茂茂...........好fresh嘅椰青味
-有時間仲可以刮埋d肉出嚟食

5) sour grape and thai basil fizz (hk$50)
-友人話不錯

6) pineapple and guava slushie (hk$50)
-友人無comment

7) som dtum goong (hk$108)
-pounded green papaya salad, cherry tomatoes, chilli, dried shrimp, prawns with a sweet and sour tamarind dressing
-因為上次喺phang nga食到個好好味嘅青木瓜沙律 (就算喺布吉食咗幾間都nothing close).......所以要試吓呢個基本又popular嘅前菜
-佢都有配幾種唔同嘅主角...........本來想叫crispy pork.........原來呢個要dinner時間先ready.........lunch未available
-所以叫來蝦啦............知道泰北嘅辣比南部的強...........所以有remind-辣
-無諗過蝦咁粗大..........入口仲彈兼帶微鮮
-靈魂喺個汁..........辣得嚟惹味.........辣酸甜並重.........又實在........嗰種追住食嘅感覺返晒嚟............sorry,浮誇咗少少..........人哋以為我喺佢哋嘅pr...........hahaha
-青木瓜絲軟得嚟帶點韌性........有質感
-太好了..........尋回失去嘅味道

8) som dtum thai (hk$95)
-pounded green papaya salad, cherry tomatoes, chilli, dried shrimp with a sweet and sour tamarind dressing
-第2次嚟,都要叫個青木瓜沙律.........為免重覆........所以叫咗個basic版
-今次除咗無咗d大蝦之外..........會再辣d............條脷要辣咗好1陣子............因為今次唔記得叫-辣..........幸好都manage到........飲多幾啖椰青囉

9) hoi nung (hk$95)
-steamed local clams with thai basil, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, served with galangal and chilli dressing
-呢個都喺上次望到格離枱叫好對辦...........所以今次跟
-大隻,肥美但有少少幼沙 (唔喺粒)........烚到剛剛煮.......所以好嫩滑,多汁.....鮮味
-再蘸吓個酸酸辣辣嘅汁.........好味.........第1次食泰式烚大蜆

10) larp bet (hk$128)
-mixed salad of chopped duck meat, shallots, spring onions, mint, dried pork rinds and a spicy and sour dressing
-呢個都喺signature dish.........不過我覺得得個鹹字..........鴨肉亦唔會有禽味..........所以你話喺豬肉都唔反對

11) pak poong fai mai dang (hk$68)
-stir fried morning glory with thai garlic, chilli and yellow beans
-呢度好似只得呢個菜
-本來無諗住叫..........不過waiter見我哋叫咗條魚.........話要配炒飯/或呢個菜食喺gd pair..........個蟹肉炒飯上次已試過..........所以咪叫個炒通菜囉

12) pla phao glua (hk$268)
-salt-crusted whole seabass stuffed with lemongrass, pandanas and lime leaf, cooked over fire, with a chilli dipping sauce
-真喺要整成20 mins多
-個魚口插滿草枝........喺香茅嚟
-waiter話呢條魚,應該喺食肉...........不過佢話都見過d客連個皮都食.........貪佢脆口.......不過我就無試到
-個魚肉無諗過juicy同嫩度.........似蒸出嚟嘅效果
-最緊要又喺要蘸個汁啦.......味道會豐富好多
-我唯1唔like就喺魚肉texture腍咗d..........唔得結實
 

13) kai jiaw (hk$128)
-thai omelette of crab, spring onions and sriracha sauce
-呢個純個人好奇想知道泰式奄列會喺點
-我諗住外表會脆d.......佢只喺邊位脆........裡面stuff咗好多蟹肉........足料呀!
-如果咩都唔點.........個蛋香味好出
-我見到無sauce跟,所以用番條魚嗰兜sauce.........用得多就會蓋過蛋香味
-豬豬嘅我哋.........食晒先記得waiter未上omelette之前放低嘅1樽嘢.........o...........呢個就喺跟奄列食嘅sriracha辣椒醬呀!!
-miss咗佢配辣椒醬嘅味道添

 14) gai yung (hk$158)
-chicken thigh marinated for 24 hours in garlic, pepper, coriander, grilled till crispy, served with jhim jeaw
-燒到皮帶脆.........雞肉亦入味.......又嫩滑...........蘸埋個泰汁.........更喺無敵
-雖然雞唔喺我朋友..........但呢個值得為佢1食
-第2次嚟..........再encore.........但就無第1次燒得咁好,微微燒耐咗,無咁嫩.........雞肉本身亦無咁夠味

15) moo ping (hk$108)
-grilled marinated pork skewers with cucumber and ginger salad
-呢個見個食友fb度post...........所以跟
-肉嫩,juicy,好入味..........甜甜的.........呢個喺唔辣嘅..........喺個ginger salad有微微辣啫
-唯1要挑剔喺無嘜肉質........否則perfect

16) khao pad (hk$132)
-wok fried rice of crab meat, egg and spring onions
-呢個都喺signature.........喺menu上少有嘅唔濃味菜色
-份量都多
-飯炒到1粒粒.......亦多蟹肉..........有點香氣
-個兜喺魚露base sauce.........初時唔知..........落咗2 teaspoon........鹹死我

17) 水果 (送)
-當你開始order甜品............佢就會送碟青芒果作為水果
-每人1厚片.........有2種sugar粉...........淺綠色喺混有香茅...........淺橙紅色喺混有辣粉
-青芒果其實無嘜味,只喺有小小草青味,小實又小爽口............味道其實都喺靠2種糖粉
-我第1次食.........覺得好好味..........食完咗............仲笑到9萬咁
問佢送多1碟添...........hehehe

18) khao niaw mamuang (hk$75)
-mango with sticky rice
-第1次嚟,食唔到因為店方話個糯米煮完出嚟效果唔好..........所以唔賣
-第2次嚟,緊喺要order........呢個都喺我好懷念嘅甜品嘛
-唔喺好大碟咋
-我越嚟越鍾意salted coconut漿..........甜中有鹹,又有椰香
-個芒果都大,都算熟甜
-糯米飯軟糯...........友人鍾意食軟飯..........質感啱晒佢
-d炸開邊綠豆(我諗喺)再多d更好

19) tap tim krawp (hk$58)
-red rubies, coconut jasmine syrup in shaved ice
-呢個順便試埋佢..........見識吓咩叫red rubies
-除咗有紅石榴外.........紅色1糰糰的又喺咩呢?..........中間個質感喺爽口..........有時外表又有小小糊糊哋..........問了waitress.........喺染咗色嘅馬蹄嚟..........友人估啱咗
-味道喺正路嘅椰汁刨冰...........甜度適中,唔高

20) kanom dtom (hk$60)
-warm coconut rice dumpligs served in salted coconut cream
-喺呢個咁關鍵嘅時刻 (大家都好飽吓)..........我仲無壓力下犯錯 - 落錯order.........我喺想叫coconut ice cream..........圈錯咗張menu
-既來之,則食之............hahaha...........至多我食多粒湯丸喇
-小暖熱
-個base喺salted coconut漿
-而湯丸皮薄軟.........餡原來喺椰糖嚟...........雖然甜度高,幸好不膩喉..........不過食2粒都好夠

21) ice cream guti (hk$75)
-fresh young coconut ice cream served with toasted peanut and sweet corn
-上次喺布吉miss咗無食到用椰青殼藏住嘅雪糕.........喺呢度可以補番
-呢度用椰皇殼............友人話=於喺曼谷嘅翟都翟食到嘅version
-有新鮮嘅粟米粒,炸過花生同椰皇肉
-雪糕當然喺椰子味啦..........有點點粉..........甜度適中,很原味
-如果唔喺2次都咁飽........1定可以ko1整球呀!

22) roti gluay (hk$60)
-crispy thai banana pancake
-因為見人寫過話gd..........所以要跟
-個皮並唔喺西式嗰種薄軟身...........佢喺roti嘅酥皮type..........烘到硬身.....外再塗煉奶
-裡面小小面積放滿香蕉片
-又熱,又香甜,好難唔好食架喎


後記
1) 多謝友人請食第1餐

2) 店內環境

3) 因為佢上菜都幾快 (除咗條魚)............而且張枱又"大"成咁..........所以第2次共分開咗幾次落order......2次友人們都飽到上心口............因為我嘅targets太多喇..........XDD

4) 自從2013尾開始去泰國...........好鍾意布吉,phang nga............更鍾意咗食泰菜...........見過佢嘅芒果糯米飯有撒上炸開邊綠豆 (泰國當地嘅芒果糯米飯會附有)............就對佢滿有信心.............食過1次之後...........佢嘅dressing味道真喺好似喺泰國食到的1樣...........好rich,好lime,辣得嚟都會吸引你忍住辣都要食落去

2次共叫咗唔少嘢..............只喺有1-2樣覺得麻麻哋啫...........咁樣已証明佢嘅水準好平均...........唔喺只得幾樣signatures食得過............相信第時癮起...........都會嚟

5) 不過記得佢1開門就要企喺門口等位...........第2次我只喺~12:10pm嚟到..........剩下最後嘅4人枱 (高枱仲有位)............慢1步都無埋.......1喺就遲d ~2pm嚟食late n quick lunch因佢3pm落場

**6) aug 24, 2016 update : 再嚟.........價$$$$無變............食咗個有crispy pork嘅沙律............因為晚巿先有...........仍舊好旺場............但以老外為主............我都喺覺得以前好味少少
