introduction
- shrimp is always a good friend to vermicelli/ thin type rice vermicelli
- you can play around with seasoning to make it asian country specific.............eg add in lime juice, fish sauce, chili to make it thai/ vietnam style cuisine
- i picked a taiwan you tuber........so this recipe is more taiwanese style (not spicy, focus on taste of soy sauce and balance sour flavor from black vinegar)
main ingredients
- 7-10 x shrimps (mine is no head)
- shrimp head/ shell <-- best to have shrimp head coz tomalley contains delicious/ distinct taste and creamy texture
- 100g x vermicelli (you can use glass noodle)
- garlic
- onion (replaced by shallot coz available)
- bits of bell pepper (optional only giving color to the dish)
- bits of carrot (optional only giving color to the dish)
- chinese celery (skip coz i cant find it here)
- spring onion/ cilantro
