introduction
- fermented bean curd is a very traditional ingredient to some hong kong dishes...............you can use the meshed fermented bean curd sauce to cook with lettuce or stew lamb
- it is available in original flavor and spicy flavor
- it is also called chinese vegan cheese
main ingredients
- lettuce (i bought sweet gem lettuce this time)
- fermented bean curd (i used original flavor)
- oyster sauce
- garlic
- chili
- ginger (optional)
steps
1. clean the lettuce by soaking for ~30 mins if possible
4. mesh the fermented bean curd (eg by chopsticks)
taste
-just right combination seasoning by fermented bean curd (another dimension of savory) + oyster sauce.............tasty and pair perfectly with rice
