introduction
- the main differences between hong kong style and western style are :
i) not adding salt into the boiling water when cooking spaghetti
ii) add soya sauce and oyster sauce when stir fry spaghetti
iii) spaghetti in hong kong style typically less al dente
main ingredients
- 3 color sweet bell pepper
- coriander
- spaghetti
- butter
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
steps
1. slice the 3 color sweet bell peppers............you can add more if you love to...........you can also use and/or add sliced mushroom, onion, carrot, meat etc into this dish
2. cook the spaghetti (but no need adding salt into the boiling water coz the savory taste of spaghetti will come from soy sauce and oyster sauce) and drained it when it comes to your right texture
4. pan fry the sweet pepper slices and add a pinch of salt
5. stir fry the drained spaghetti with some butter.............then add soy sauce and oyster sauce
6. last add in sweet bell pepper and coriander and mix them well
7. done, platingtaste

areas of improvement
-personally do not like soft spaghetti, will shorten the cooking time for spaghetti to improve texture next time
