佢嘅早餐每日大致都類近喺呢d…………都算多嘢食…………因為我話有無啱食齋人仕…………佢話多整個豆湯比我…………原來喺椰汁綠豆沙…………haha晨早流流就飲糖水…………好似唔多啱數…………不過人哋特登為你煮…………都要比吓面

出親外潛…………早餐時嘅胃口都喺麻麻……所以每朝都喺花生醬多士……有粥就+埋粥…………之後幾日唔會特登post

每次第1潛我都好緊張，有份無形嘅心理壓力…………先車我去semporna jetty辦手續…………check gear…………攪set up…………今次全個trip用咗3 kgs weight belt

之後再接埋1齊拼船嘅group…………點解又返嚟我間hostel嘅?...............我順便可以上去攞毛巾............因為佢無包................原來個客咁啱就喺另1 room mate同佢嘅教練…………個room mate喺嚟考a仔

break time我上咗個島度行...............好多人教ow/ aow.................因為dive master話呢度喺個沙洲...........可以企到起身............附近少有咁樣嘅landscape適合教學生

原來個島只要>6個居民住...............就會有持槍士兵看守

潛完梳洗好.............出去買車票..............但買唔到 (ticket counters closed)之後................周圍行搵嘢食............無意中入咗1條大街...............滿佈大排檔食肆............好多車，好多街坊,好旺..................我隨便揀來呢間多街坊幫襯

因為menu寫malay文.............我就用google translate.............大致明白有咩食..............不過佢蛋無晒............所以叫咗個齋炒麵..............佢又送碗湯嘅物體…………只需rm 3.5
