nov 10 (mon), 15 (sat) & dec 22 (mon), 14.......共叫咗 :

1) egg benedict with prosciutto & greens (hk$98)
-poached eggs & prosciutto ham with hollandiase and leaves on malt honey sourdough
-everything都好正路,合格有餘

2) half shot latte (hk$40)
-我知道個owner喺world barista champion亞軍...........所以就算我對咖啡因有敏感...........我都要飲
-我問店員點可以將咖啡因-到最低..........佢建議個espresso base用half shot...........即normal嘅1/2
-店員都有提過我個咖啡味會弱..........出嚟真喺幾奶水...........所以我飲完之後...........咩反應都唔會有 (i m not blaming them..........我講到自己對咖啡因allergic...........人哋緊喺唔敢叫你博)
-問咗友人...........espresso base喺9g (ie 1 shot) 沖出嚟.........而想效果好,最好1次過沖2個shots........即喺1次沖出2杯espresso......that's y有間咖啡店叫18 grams
-我諗好咗下次可以挑戰吓佢個正常size

3) spaghetti with king prawn & rocket lunch set (hk$128)
-友人曾講過佢嘅pasta好味............所以我要跟...........但見到隔離枱嗰碟意粉時,我就醒起落單時唔記得提佢pasta要煮硬d............但已太遲了
-tomato sauce都痴住每條意粉,味道也自然不錯.......蝦亦大大隻,頗爽口
-味道喺無問題..........只喺意粉比較港式........如果可以挺身的話.......會很好
-友人叫了杯latte..........比我的half shot latte...........深色好多

4) spaghetti & pan-fried chicken breast with garlic creamy sauce (hk$98)
-賣相幾有heart.........最後有拎去grill過
-雖然我喺totoholic (tomato addicted)........但呢個cream sauce調味剛好.......個light cream sauce沒過strong
-最難得雞胸佢煮得好juicy..........以雞胸嚟講,喺好tender啦........佢都切得幾厚身.........好似mcnugget size..........我唔知佢點煮.........but really v well cooked chicken breast...........unexpected呢度有呢個水準
-唯1遺憾就喺意粉同樣煮得唔夠挺...........not to mention al dente
-友人叫了杯flat white

5) valrhona chocolate brownies with walnuts (hk$28)
-reheat過後嘅brownie真喺夠晒熱
-朱古力味濃,亦明顯食到合桃碎...........不過texture wise太軟..........density唔夠
-否則會喺1件我鍾意嘅brownie

6) poached egg, smashed avocado with smoked salmon on stonebaked sourdough (hk$108)
-還想食埋個煙3文魚同牛油果toast
-個poached egg做得好........界開即流........蛋汁仲好橙紅添.........gd sign
-全個dish嘅配搭...........好難有得錯........唯1挑剔吓就喺smoked salmon得1片太少啦!

7) flat white (hk$40)
-今次試flat white.........正常version...........無-任何嘢
-不過麻煩多多嘅我............要求溫度熱少少
-我都有去上過d拉花班...........知道1杯咖啡應該好似喺~70度左右...........不應燙嘴.........不過如果喺咁,70度對我嚟講實在太微熱啦..........我覺得連糖都溶唔到啦...........not for my liking
-溫度高d嘅咖啡先對我嘅嘴形 (又唔洗燙嘴)..........之前問過佢嘅coffee base喺house blend........用咗60%巴西咖啡豆+40% ethiopia非洲咖啡豆
-個拉花pattern好靚............先飲啖唔+糖的.........有份微酸味...........我就唔知喺邊隻咖啡豆嘅特性
-+咗糖之後就會蓋咗呢份酸味..........所以鍾意..........但我都唔識咖啡.............not qualify to say whether it's a gd coffee or not
-幸好呢杯咖啡都無trigger到有反應

8) cherry pistachio friand (hk$36)
-埋單時再買個回家
-google friand喺法國oval形嘅蛋糕仔...........佢嘅成份我覺得都幾似financier.........都喺用grounded almond flour為主
-入口真喺充滿微細粒粒嘅almond.........有點texture...........並唔喺好soft/ spongy嘅質感.........moist度還可以
-裡面仲+有新鮮去核cherry 1齊焗..........初時我以為喺提子乾............嚇死我!
-佢嘅bakery not bad...........但可以再好d~~~


後記
1) 灣仔店環境

2) 第1次嚟...........事後發現佢收多咗1杯咖啡$$$$............於是第2次去飲番杯已pre-paid嘅咖啡

3) 灣仔店接受訂位............上環店我就唔知
