1) san pellegrino x 2 (@hk$55)
-有汽的
-坐底先嘅友人唔知可以叫tap water..........所以叫咗要比$$$$嘅水

2) bread baskets (免費)
-grissini無想像中咁脆..........但絶對鬆

3) insalata novella (hk$128)
-seasonal salad, pear, walnuts and gorgonzola dressing
-呢個嘅藍芝士味好堅好so...........大部份人都唔喺芝士粉絲 (包括我)..........所以麻麻哋

4) frolla (hk$158)
-savory tart crust, stracchino cheese, cooked ham and balsamic vinegar
-友人想撈均佢share
-意籍嘅女店員話呢個好有層次..........有個餅底,再有芝士,火腿等..........即喺要好似切咁分
-咁好難吓喎..........佢提出可以幫我哋分..........仲有presentation.........service真gd
-個餅底喺白色鬆化嗰款.........芝士喺cream cheese款..........亦好mild
-所以味道無上面嘅沙律咁強烈..........平宜近人好多..........所以都like

5) capricciosa (hk$168)
-tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, artichokes, black olives, anchovies
-意籍嘅女店員推介呢款pizza..........所以我跟
-喺軟身pizza type.......似motorxxx賣的質哋..........不過熱度motorxxx持久好多
-因為有咁足料,所以味道都會好豐富.......亦無motorxxx咁乾同少用料

6) maialino (hk$238)
-crispy suckling pig, onions, sprouts and liquorice
-佢個皮都脆,肉亦嫩滑
-只喺無嘜點醃過d肉.........很原味,淡口咗少少

7) carbonara (hk$188)
-rigatoni with shrimp.....(唔記得影呢款嘅餐牌)
-都喺聽意籍嘅女店員推介
-要求要煮得al dente1點..........做到,帶煙韌
-蝦喺有海水味
-sauce亦很薄...........調味不重手

8) risi e bisi (hk$168)
-risotto with parmesan and a light foam of fresh peas
-呢個我見人哋寫過讚...........menu上亦喺推介之列
-第1次上錯咗另1款海鮮risotto...........賣相靚d...........不過我還是按番原意..........食番呢款齋的意大利飯
-主要喺cream味,芝士味不重........清清哋嘅豆味
-我覺得都不錯
-但我知道友人們唔多啱食.........尤其d飯又小硬,有點咬口

9) bignolata (hk$98)
-cream puff filled with vanilla chantilly cream and chocolate sauce
-呢個喺友人pick嘅........我當然like啦
-軟身帶口感嘅choux pastry.........當然唔可以同隔離嘅dalloyxx比啦
-但都不錯........底下墊住好多cream

10) zabaione (hk$88)
-warm marsala sabayon, almonds streusel and fresh strawberries
-我今晚對呢個有興趣
-不過+咗marsala wine嘅沙巴翁味道就會有種獨特嘅味道
-裡面有少少士多啤梨wedges
-面頭嘅streusel喺比較德式嘅元素........上網check..........streusel喺crumbly topping of flour, butter, and sugar that is baked on top.........口感好鬆化


後記
1) 呢度味道無驚喜..........不過唔喺差........每樣都交到功課.........而且埋單唔貴

2) 本來想叫homemade gelato.......不過部雪糕機嗰朝又壞過...........oh no~~~~

3) 下次都喺同友人們食中餐........有1/2人好似唔多啱食
