1) afternoon tea set (hk$428 for 2)
-cafe區無得book位..........3pm開始...........~2:35pm嚟排.........排第2.........但點知3pm時.........前面lunch session大部份客人無如時交枱...........所以我哋都要等到~3:15pm先有位
-而且比咗枱後........先話比我哋聽限時4:15pm還枱.........我即回應都唔喺3pm比枱..........會否extend耐d...........佢話規定只能食1小時..........所以sorry
-高茶都要限時...........深感無癮
-架上每件糕點都好精緻地細件...........所以1000祈唔好唔食lunch就嚟食呢個tea
a) drink
i) camomile tea
-揀咗呢個未飲過嘅味道............茶味唔濃..........微微少甜.........啱晒我
ii) breakfast tea
-友人叫呢個
b) savory collection
i) saumon fume
-smoke salmon, horseradish, apple & blinis
-喺厚底嘅blinis上.......有cream cheese嘅物體........面就喺3文魚+小小金箔..........現在望番個menu description........我唔多覺有蘋果味
ii) omelette 4 saisons
-tarragon, mushroom & herb layered omelete, tomato coulis
-呢個omelette幾有特色,但味道唔濃..........很溫和吓
iii) homard & truffe
-lobster, black truffle cake, tomato & basil
-頂頭嘅radish裝飾到成朵花咁,好靚
-底下嘅龍蝦肉刴成碎,肉質小結實,亦有輕輕嘅海水味.......好彩truffle味10分薄弱
iv) chevre frais & miel
-soft goat's milk cheese, walnut & honey tartlet
-presentation好靚
-呢個goat cheese "so"味算溫和,幼滑
-面頭嘅paste帶點甜,豐富番成件鹹點
-底喺腍身嘅薄餅底
c) sweet collection
i) raisin scone
-traditional scone, clotted cream & jam
-只得1款scone........沒有plain的..........所以我唯有逐1挑出提子乾
-拿上手.......只喺微暖.........但尚算鬆,有溫和嘅牛油味.........亦沒有丁點苦味
-+埋clotted cream同jam........都好味
ii) tartlette yuzu & citrus frais
-lemon & yuzu tartlet
-有薄薄嘅糖coating..........裡面嘅檸檬柚子味filling
-檸檬嘅酸味甜味2者皆備
iii) barquette fraise
-strawberry tartlet
-正路

-mini coffee eclair
-沒有eclair嘅外型...........反似profiterole/ 單層嘅religieuse
-佢嘅choux pastry軟得嚟喺有質感
-咖啡味中等
v) opera
-almond biscuit, coffee cream, 70% chocolate
-呢個喺dalloyau其1嘅signature
-比1般嘅opera濕潤.........濕度有點似tiramisu底層浸過coffee嘅lady's finger
-味道喺不錯........個人覺得濕咗d

3) 呢個高茶嘅鹹點喺有心思,花工夫...........唔喺普通嘅3文治, easy doing嘅pastry.......呢點要讚..........而甜點未喺攞晒dalloyau最signature嘅出嚟 (eg mille feuille, dalloyau, saint-honore等).......但都ok
4) 我唔喺成日去高茶.........但呢個嘅份量同享用時間得1 hr (因為佢真喺好少枱)........大大破壞飲高茶喺relax同慢嘆嘅精神
5) cafe去到5pm.......就會有cake set........食的就喺出面boutique嘅餅..........不過唔知收費如何!
6) 嗰日竟然偶遇好耐都無見過嘅舊老細...........大家寒暄咗1陣~~~~睇佢呢幾年都過得不easy..........我都覺得由幾年前開始..........世界越來越難撈~~~~~

如果單食,唔會急.......因為份量少......都唔洗吓抖先再食
刪除只喺要勁吹水就唔好揀呢度.......唔比坐得耐
High tea都係英式比較吸引~~~
