apr 17, 2021 (sat)..................3人嚟late lunch................友人倆叫咗executive lunch..............我就叫咗deluxe lunch (因太耐無食過fine dining..............想知tirpse嘅deluxe lunch可以deliver到d咩) :

1) deluxe lunch (hk$1,388+$268)
i) bread
-個包好暖熱,溫度好唔錯呀..............太耐無fine dining.............好耐都無食過熱包
-個包有牛油香,texture都好鬆軟..............我自己最like個homemade caramel butter with sea salt
-just perfect
-所以我哋accept waiter offered多1籃包

ii) amuse bouche
-tomato gazpacho
-話有+咗raspberry...........refreshing............幾好飲............比起平時嘅番茄凍湯+1份citrus味
-2nd amuse bouche
-crispy bread, yogurt, sea bream tartar
-presentation好靚............味道正路
-較鍾意凍湯嘅味道因為較有personality

iii) avocado, firefly squid, wild garlic
-佢將螢光魷魚配牛油果泥同生baby radish.............再撒咗d cocoa powder
-個味道配搭innovative................但唔喺咁harmonize
-螢光魷魚放喺最底............佢確實有鮮味..............the only highlight of this dish

iv) lobster, sichuan pepper, seaweed
-龍蝦原味.................無overcooked
-幸好川椒味只喺微弱

v) kinmedai, clam, japanese butterbur
-waiter介紹金目鯛喺用昆布包住蒸,+有蜆淆出嘅湯底
-少有西餐嘅煮法
-so far呢幾道菜都清淡

vi) kagoshima wagyu, sweet potato, black beer (+$268)
-呢個喺鹿兒島和牛,件牛texture鬆,牛味當然唔重
-我最唔like喺個黑啤汁,unexpected咁thick (個人唔多like獻狀/pat狀物體).........仲帶微苦..........所以影響到我食個番薯都帶苦味

vii) hyuganatsu, honey, creme d'anjou
-日向夏,1種日本水果,話喺seasonal...........未試過所以試吓 (甜品喺2㨂1)
-1種citrus水果,喺經過浸煮
-ok la
