take 6 - beetroot vegan soup

nov 14, 2022 (tue).............took many attempts before...........finally evolves in adding nuts and blending it

introduction
- healthy soup learnt somewhere

main ingredients
- beetroots
- celery
- onion
- apple
- tomato
- nuts (flexible, i usually use cashew, walnuts and chestnut if in season)

steps
1. cut a cross on each chestnut

2. oven for 15 mins

3. deshell and remove the skin

4. cut all ingredients into pcs

5. put all cut ingredients into instant pot............add 200ml water 

6. select pressure cook/ soup mode...........high pressure for 15 mins

7. keep pressure cook/ soup mode...........change to slow pressure for 25 mins

8. turn off......... release air

9. blend all ingredients (can directly use hand held blender inside instant pot)

10. add salt and cook for several mins

11. done


taste
-healthy soup with subtle sweetness.........you can add more apple or sweet corn if prefer sweeter taste
-taste better with chestnut however it is seasonal


areas of improvement
-i am happy with this attempt
