introduction
- healthy soup learnt somewhere
main ingredients
- beetroots
- celery
- onion
- apple
- tomato
- nuts (flexible, i usually use cashew, walnuts and chestnut if in season)
steps
1. cut a cross on each chestnut
4. cut all ingredients into pcs
5. put all cut ingredients into instant pot............add 200ml water
7. keep pressure cook/ soup mode...........change to slow pressure for 25 mins
8. turn off......... release air
9. blend all ingredients (can directly use hand held blender inside instant pot)
10. add salt and cook for several mins
taste
-healthy soup with subtle sweetness.........you can add more apple or sweet corn if prefer sweeter taste

-taste better with chestnut however it is seasonal
