introduction
- it is a typical household appetizer in japan............most hong kongers love japanese food............and travel to japan very often..............japan is our 2nd home lol
- i bet each japanese family will have her own way/ style in making this dish
main ingredients
- potatoes
- mayonnaise
- egg
- wasabi (can be replaced by raw onion)
- onion <-- optional (give sweetness)
- carrot <-- optional (give color)
- cucumber <-- optional (give color, freshness and texture)
steps
1. boil the potatoes + egg until potatoes soft
2. peel off the potatoes...............and then add salt as seasoning
4. boil carrot...........until texture to your preference...........after switch off the heat.........put into onion for quick poach
5. boil an egg until hard boil
6. mix the wasabi (amount up to your liking) with mayonnaise well
7. mash the potatoes with a fork and mix all the ingredients and mayonnaise well

-this attempt taste better

-remain great texture coz i like my potato in small trunks and not creamy type
-organic onion gives supreme natural sweet
-diced cucumber add crunchiness and texture to the salad
-egg brings obvious aroma to the salad
-gentle taste of wasabi
areas of improvement
-next time try organic potato to see if it gives better flavor
-add some more salt
