introduction
- i use to eat rice origin from thailand
main ingredients
- thai rice
- pressure cooker (equipment)
steps
1. ready rice according to your required portion (photo : 1 cup/ 250ml)
2. wash the rice.............my habit is to wash it twice.............it is optional
3. put rice and add water into pressure cooker................in general rice to water ratio is 1:1..............but it differs between type of rice, brands
6. press cancel and release the valve...........keep lid on.............stay at least 17 minutes (best for 20 mins)
taste
-surface of the rice looks just good, not dry
-surface of the rice looks just good, not dry
-good rice fragrance
-rice is hotter than last time
areas of improvement
-i am very happy with the result of 'take 2' attempt
