jan 22, 15 (thu)............8人來dinner (限時食2 hrs).......叫咗 :

1) mom's dumplings (hk$88+$54)
-mostly cabbage, a little bit of pork, sacha soy dressing
-1客5隻,我top up到8隻
-個皮無過腍,亦唔算厚身
-裡面很多帶脆身嘅椰菜絲
-喜歡個sauce夠味兼帶點辣,味道就會有點刺激
-不錯呢

2) "prawn toast x okonmiyaki" x 2 (@hk$108)
-kewpie mayonnaise, bulldog sauce, shaved cabbage, aonori
-1客可cut成4件
-大家見到個樣都會諗起大阪燒餅 (menu其實都寫咗,不過唔知嗰個英文喺大阪燒餅咁解)
-上面就喺燒餅做法,有木魚絲,椰菜絲,沙律醬同會配食吉列豬扒嘅bulldog sauce
-下面就喺蝦多士..........佢嘅蝦膠並唔喺彈口嗰種...........軟身但就會有蝦肉粒.........唔喺全pat mash晒
-有食友鍾意呢款蝦膠texture...........但我還是like彈口嗰種
-味道豐富,都喺唔錯的

3) fried chicken mid wings with shrimp sambal (hk$88+$90)
-1客5隻,我top up到8隻...........不過回到家望真d張單............發現咗1條好深嘅數學題...........點解個surcharge仲貴過1客個價?_?............hahaha..........下次賣單我要認真d睇清楚~~~~
-入口好熱辣辣呀..........差d燙親嘴
-皮脆,唔油膩...........味道個重點喺個sambal醬度............濃味,惹味,有點複雜,中辣
-好味

4) kurobuta pork char siu (hk$168)
-落單時,waitress問我要fat, lean定mix..............得到食友嘅支持.............我好堅定咁答"fat"..........佢都笑咗2聲,好似估唔到我哋咁重口味............hahaha
-上枱後..........我哋全部人都覺得喺咪比錯咗...........因為都搵唔到邊度肥..........佢知唔知咩叫做肥叉呀?..........lean咪不堪想像囉~~~~
-佢有肉質,唔喺腍嗰種,都絶唔喺實............亦缺少咗我由細食慣咗嘅蜜味同甜味..........呢個喺鹹味>甜味
-食友話呢種似以前叉燒嘅味道...........只喺近年出名名店s嘅叉燒全都好有蜜糖甜味,而且肉質很鬆腍
-我唔介意佢有肉質,但如果可以補番d蜜味,就對我口胃了

5) roast wagyu short ribs (hk$448)
-jalapeno puree, green shallot kimchi, soy glaze
-呢個喺名物中嘅名物........必叫
-真喺燒到外皮帶char..........小乾身.........但裡面的肉就保持juicy,soft
-左右嘅肉質都唔同,左手邊比較細小,因類似筋膜,小肉..............而右手邊就啖啖肉
-我食咗好多件唔同位置..........左手邊比較會有咬口多d..........而右手邊肉多嘅部份先會食到牛味
-旁邊嘅辣椒puree都唔算好辣啫
-short ribs要蘸puree嚟食................還是夾kimchi sauce蔥花食...........定就咁食...........就任你揀
-我就當然試晒唔同嘅combinations啦.........亦試咗好幾個唔同嘅位置

6) clams cooked canh cua style (hk$108)
-cherry tomatoes, shitake, lemongrass, thai basil
-waiter好好,落單時,提我呢個喺湯嚟嘅
-我發現我喺1個蜆精...........所以無問題,照嚟
-上枱已聞到香茅味,入口濃味,鹹鮮並重........所以除咗菇同蜆之外.........都應該有魚露

7) grilled pork belly x 2 (@hk$158)
-red cabbage salad, roasted chili and almond salsa
-1客5件
-呢件豬腩肉就搵到肥喇
-切成厚片,外表亦喺煎到小挺身
-個chili sauce唔喺好辣架咋
-肉質鬆,食友們就比較欣賞底下嘅紫椰菜沙律個dressing

8) prawn lo mein (hk$108)
-with shellfish oil, grilled shallot, crispy garlic
-都叫埋呢個嚟試...........其實呢個預喺1人份量
-不過憑住我神來之手............發揮5餅2魚嘅精神.........每人都食到少少...........仲有剩,可以比大家再添
-諗住我食先再叫多1客...........不過食友食完1啖就話唔洗叫............味道帶甜多d.........我聯想到炸醬麵嘅汁............但呢個喺走辣版
-當中嘅蝦肉爽口帶微鮮,這個喺不錯的

9) roast goose - half (hk$258)
-食完蝦撈麵.........我都唔記得咗隻燒鵝仲未上............仲走去落甜品..........喺waitress提番我轉頭
-雖然得1/2隻...........但份量都幾大.........大家都好期待
-入口皮唔脆.......但d肉好嫩滑,juicy..........就算食友食胸肉位都話唔"鞋"先...........亦很有禽味...........個汁都唔錯,雖然唔喺有濃郁
-總觀味道喺有水準.........獨欠皮脆啫...........都值得食

10) matcha cake x 3 (@hk$78)
-chocolate ganache, liquid hazelnut praline, toasted milk, strawberry
-落完甜品後 (每人1個)..........waitress都笑說 "u guys r hungry"...........hahaha
-味道正路,個朱古力醬好dark chocolate
-個抹茶蛋糕都鬆,但抺茶味唔太出

11) breakfast 2.0 x 3 (@hk$78)
-horlicks ice cream, cornflake honeyjoy, oats dried longan, cocoa coffee crumbs
-呢個睇menu覺得最吸引
-不過可能我唔多like玉桂,雖然溫和,但我都覺得同呢個甜品格格不入
-個雪糕喺好horlick味的,個粟米片亦crunchy

12) mandarin granita x 2 (@hk$78)
-mascarpone sorbet, maple candied kumquat, sablee biscuit
-呢個喺least expecting..........反而大家都鍾意呢個多d
-因為個柑桔味好refreshing好出...........由沙柑桔味冰同裡面浸過嘅柑桔 (喺新鮮咁用糖水浸,所以入口好soft,唔乾).........啖啖都喺柑桔味
-中間仲有芝士sorbet..........佢帶點奶味.......同個柑桔味都幾harmony..........仲有啫喱粒添呀
-所以結構上好豐富,味道清新...........以我哋呢餐咁多肉...........可以消吓膩

13) fortune cookie (免費)
-最後送來每人1包fortune cookie


後記
1) 店內環境............很暗.........好彩我早嚟..........揀咗全張枱最光嘅位坐

2) head chef雖然喺東方人樣...........但好似喺來自澳洲...........所以都應該喺1開口就英文..........可視之為老外.........今次人多,可以試嘅dishes都多............食到佢嘅dressing, sauce全部都應該自己整.........好有誠意..........而且肉嘅處理/風格都好consistent去達到外挺內軟.............有肉質............出嚟嘅味道喺剛好兼帶點heat

3) 呢度嘅客人............有1/2都喺老外客........雖然我哋無叫酒水.............只喺飲暖水............但斟水都好密吓...........service很好呢
