發現有間新嘅西餅舖..........由jan, 2015頭開始嚟............共叫咗 :
1) double cheese cake (hk$38)
-sour cream, cheese cake, sable breton
-google完先知sable breton喺法式嘅shortbread biscuit.........喺薄的
-面再+yoghurt味嘅cream
-焗到幾鬆身.........略嫌芝士味不重
-hazelnut dacquoise, chocolate feuilltine, chocolate ganache, chocolate slice, chantilly
-喺milk chocolate.........朱古力薄片很脆身
-朱古力味同棒子味都不強...........甜度都唔算高
-反而餅底幾crispy..........全件cake喺texture好
3) chocolate tart (hk$40)
-今次經個pastry chef介紹.........想要濃味朱古力就要試呢款
-賣相幾有style...........上面嘅朱古力髮絲很輕盈.........比牛奶朱古力味濃
-底下嘅filling喺比較軟身,而且仲有點酒香添............有character
-chef話個filling喺混有creme brulee
-最中間都有1塊厚的dark chocolate磚
-個tart底嘅牛油味都出...........只喺略嫌tart底厚咗........比較實..............要大力先cut得開
4) chestnut tart (hk$38)
-almond cream, crispy praline, chocolate mousse, chestnut chantily
-喺有結構嘅栗子撻,仲有少少粗粒栗子.......中間嘅praline,除咗脆身之外,味道似金莎
-甜咗少少............不過比起ifc嘅angelxxx個栗子撻............甜度已是低好多
-同樣tart皮過厚咗少少
5) basil lemon tart (hk$36)
-basil lemon cream, almond cream, meringue
-頂面嘅meringue好可愛,又焗到微brown...........賣相靚
-雖然話喺basil lemon cream........但basil味唔多出.........可能驚香港人接受唔到/唔慣lemon tart有basil味......始終呢隻herbs味道都喺強吓......我最近去paris......先發現巴黎/歐洲都幾popular喺甜品內+上basil......味道個性即刻變得好強.........大眾真喺未必欣賞
-甜度唔算高..........lemon cream很滑............甜酸並重.............其實已做得不錯.............但酸度可以+d更好............個人鍾意酸味>甜味..........因為咁先可以有refreshing嘅感覺..........現在食完唔膩口...........不過喺缺了1份refreshing嘅醒神
-tart皮同樣是厚咗d
-印象中個人最like嘅lemon tart喺當年西環boulangerie bistronomixxx食到的
6) bacon quiche (hk$30)
-鹹食選擇並唔多..........quiche有4款料 (磨菇,菠菜,芝士).........我揀咗濃味嘅bacon
-鹹味都重咗d……但勝在熱辣辣咁serve……都可以的
7) passion fruit praline cake (hk$36)
-sable breton, orange puree, praline mousse, passion fruit cream
-都有賣相,可能-去邊位嘅朱古力片會簡單可愛d
-都好有結構
-很薄嘅透明jelly令件蛋糕亮麗d,之下喺熱情果mousse, praline mousse,最中間就喺橙puree
-味道最搶的反而喺個橙puree (有點jelly texture)...........味道好橙concentrate...........令我聯想到crepe suzette嘅濃縮橙香甜味.........熱情果味都有..............不過相對地比下去了
-雖然個名同味道唔多對稱,都不失為1個有突出之處嘅蛋糕
-底下嘅sable breton好鬆,帶脆

2) 就算堂食都無+1............仲serve杯水添...........而個chef pastry都好nice.........你問佢有咩推介...........佢會問吓今日想食d咩味嘅cake (酸味/ 朱古力等)
3) 其實我食過嘅蛋糕全部味道質素合格有餘 (肯花心機,功序做不同layer.......令個餅有咁多結構).............不過味道上可以再好d (令個餅有佢嘅味道性格).............因佢嘅價位都唔平...........以喺數碼港嘅舖位都要近$40/件 (佢都聰明揀數碼港競爭小...........不過就要解決客量少嘅問題)........對我嚟講............我當然welcome數碼港開番間有d質素嘅餅店啦
