thai marinated grill beef

introduction
- thai food is always characterized by its dimensional flavor with refreshing lime sour and sweet............rich and stimulate your appetite
- fish sauce, lime and tamarind are usually the soul of thai dishes

main ingredients
- steak (better not use thick one)

marinated sauce
- garlic
- black pepper
- lime juice
- oyster sauce
- soy sauce
- sugar
- oil

dipping sauce
- toasted rice powder (i skip this coz i cant find this ingredient)
- tamarind paste
- fish sauce
- lime juice
- palm sugar
- chili flakes (i skip this coz not yet buy it)
- shallots
- coriander (can be replaced by green onion/ parsley/ mint) 

steps
1. finely chopped/ grind the garlic.............then add in all the remaining marinated sauce ingredients............last put in some oil and mix well
2. user kitchen paper to absorb extra moist from the steak
3. put the steak into the marinated sauce and stay for 2-3 hours (depend on the size of your steak)
4. pan sear steak for 1-2 mins
5. pan seared the other side and the sides............so steak juice will be locked inside
6. put seared steak on foil
7. oven baked the seared steak
8. steak finished.........leave it to rest for 10 mins before slicing it
9. make the dipping sauce according to the ingredients above
10. cook some spaghetti
11. dice shallot and fry it
12. add in the marinated sauce left
12. add in cooked spaghetti and stir fry
13. at last add in chopped coriander
14. done, plating

taste
-not too bad..............very thai flavor..............taste of dipping sauce a little too dense/thick and too sour (too much lime juice)
-steak very tough coz overcooked and burnt

areas of improvement
-watch out when pan seared the steak............coz of marinated sauce, makes it quicker to get a burning color
-shorten oven bake time/ temp
-adjust the ratio of dipping sauce
